Why are the training videos so expensive? Costs of video-based training programs are consistent throughout the industry, and are set at a rate to cover the expense of the production vs. the relatively low number of prints released (when compared to consumer videos or feature films). The producers for which we distribute maintain the highest quality production values, as that is what customers have come to expect. Because the training programs are meant to be delivered to multiple participants, the cost of each program breaks down to a cost-effective price per participant, especially when compared to the cost of sending employees to offsite training programs. One video program can be used to train hundreds of participants and can be used time and again to deliver a consistent message to every group.
If I rent a video and then decide to purchase it, can the rental cost be applied to the purchase price? Yes! The cost of rentals may be applied to a purchase if purchased within 30 days of rental; some producers offer a 60-day grace period. Call 1-888-215-8532 for information.

What is the the difference between a preview version of a training video and the version you would get if you purchased? A preview has subtitled banners that scroll and pop up while the video is playing; the messages vary in terms of semantics, but all basically say the same thing: PREVIEW ONLY - NOT TO BE USED FOR TRAINING."
