Shipping Costs/

Employee University offers FREE ground shipping within the US on training video orders $500.00 or more.

• Ground - $10.00 per program (for orders under $500)

• 2nd Day Air - $20.00 per DVD

• Next Day - $40.00 per DVD

• Next Day AM - $55.00 per DVD

• Canada Ground:  $15.00

• International Express- Requires Quote

For books and accessories, the minimum shipping and handling cost is $10.00.  Heavier packages will have to be quoted at the time of order.

International Orders/

The web site shopping cart is not set up for international tape format (ie PAL) options; please email order information to:  sales@employeeuniversity.com   * Warning:  Do not change the subject line from what we have set, or your message will be regarded as SPAM and will be deleted.  DO NOT EMAIL credit card information; email is not a secure means by which to communicate sensitive data.  We will gather payment information after you have agreed to our shipping quotes and international formatting fees.

Sales Tax/

Employee University is located in the US State of Ohio. Ohio sales tax applies to all purchases with Ohio BILL TO addresses; as with all of our policies, this is subject to change as state tax laws are changing rapidly for online purchases.

Volume Discounts/

Employee University distributes training media for approximately 40 producers and each one has a different discount schedule.  Volume discounts are a little tricky because volume is calculated only by products from the same producer.  Call 1-800-774-4870 if you intend on purchasing more than one video and an account manager will tell you if the purchase qualifies for a volume discount.

Industry Discounts/
Most producers offers special discounts for certain industries. Please call 1-800-774-4870 to receive discounts, or note your industry on faxed/mailed order forms and we will process your order manually to apply the discount.  Discounts vary from product to product; they are set and regulated by the producer of a respective title.

Industry discounts do not apply to rentals or ancillary items.

Industries recognized by producers are:

• Educational Institutions:
  Your organization must be a kindergarten through 12th grade educational institution or an accredited College or University. Education Departments in corporations or government do not qualify.

• Government:
  Your organization must be a city, county, state or federal government institution. Government contractors do not qualify for government discounts.

• Non-Profit:
  For 501-C(3) non-profit institutions; charitable non-profit.  Requires qualification by an account manager via phone or email.

• Healthcare:
  NOT recognized by most producers as a discount-qualifying industry, but there are a few producers that have discount schedules set for the healthcare industry.

• Business / Training Consultants:
  NOT recognized by most producers as a discount-qualifying buyer, but there are a few producers that have discount schedules set for consultants.  Pre-qualification is required in these cases.

NO "DOUBLE DIPPING":    The general rule is that when specials are being offered such as a buy two get one free sale, either your industry discount (if applicable) will apply, OR the sale discount will apply, but not both - we do not "double discount".  (Exception:  there are a few producers that permit us to "double-dip" or stack discounts; your account manager will pass those saving on to you as they are available...Employee University always offers the Low price.)
